Meet Shawn McKeown
Born and raised in Sierra Vista, Arizona, Shawn McKeown learned the importance of hard work and community values from a young age. His journey took him to New Mexico State University, where he earned a business degree and began pursuing his passion for aviation. Shawn’s dedication led him to serve as a Navy Pilot, flying missions for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his service, he earned his Wings of Gold and two Air Medals, reflecting his commitment to trust, hard work, and service to others.
After his military career, Shawn transitioned into finance with the same dedication to helping others achieve their financial goals. He founded Southern Pacific Asset Management as a tribute to his great-grandfather’s legacy with the Southern Pacific Railroad in Yuma. Shawn’s deep connection to his roots and community shapes his approach to financial advising.
